While ISO 21501-4: 2007 require minimum these information need to be expressed on Certificate:
3.11 Test report
The following minimum information shall be recorded:
a) date of calibration;
b) calibration particle sizes;
c) flow rate;
d) size resolution (with the particle size used);
e) counting efficiency;
f) false count rate;
g) voltage limit or channel of an internal pulse height analyser (PHA).
However, Many manufacturer claim that they are following ISO 21501-4 but on the Calibration Certificates they do not express these minimum information.
Does these company cheating customers or these companies' staff cheating company and customers together?
