ASKION C-line® work bench
The ASKION C-line® work bench (WB)consists of a cryogenic working area (T < -110°C) that can be equipped with additionally two (WB220) or three (WB230) freezers.
Due to the dry nitrogen atmosphere and the cryogenic temperatures inside the device, the frozen samples can be sorted, repacked and/or stored temporarily. The internal/external barcode scanner allows you to identify your samples at any time (barcode based sample Management).
The additional freezers enable a defined and reproducible freezing of various sample formats by recording all relevant data. The freezing can be performed on the basis of programable freezing curves.
The freezers can be started individually at any time, without having to wait for end of the process of the neighbouring freezer. Following your freezing process you may store your frozen sample without interrupting the cooling chain by using the transport container inside the ASKION C-line® hermetic storage.
