ASKION C-line® hermetic storage
The product family ASKION C-line® hermetic storage HS200 offers semi and fully automated cryo storage systems at temperatures from -150°C down to -190°C. The storage takes place in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen. The cryogenic storage in connection with the sample handling temperature of -100°C ensure a maximum sample quality for decades.
Depending on the need of storage capacity, three different models of the HS200 can be selected:
HS200 S (approx. 50,000 & 0.5 ml vials)
HS200 M (approx. 200,000 & 0.5 ml vials)
HS200 L (approx. 500,000 & 0.5 ml vials)
The modularity and automation option of the ASKION C-line® hermetic storage allow biobank solutions beginning from semi automated single storage systems up to fully automated biobanks consisting of several storage systems. The HS200 S, M and L are fully compatible among each other and can be connected using an external rail system.
The documentation of all relevant system parameters as well as the complete sample management are done using the software solution ASKION C-line® control.
